1.Conclusion of contract
1.1 The contract between the lessor and the lessee comes into being through a written booking confirmation.
2. Terms of payment
2.1. The tenant pays 100% of the total price when booking.
2.2. For short-term bookings (less than 14 days before arrival), the total price must be paid immediately upon booking.
3.Cancellation The conditions set out in the cancellation policy apply.
4. Arrival and Departure
4.1. Arrival is from 4 p.m.
4.2. Departure is no later than 11 a.m.
4.3. Deviations from the stated times are only possible after prior agreement with the landlord.
5. Use of the vacation property
5.1. The holiday property may only be used for private purposes.
5.2. The maximum number of occupancy must not be exceeded.
5.3. Smoking is not permitted in the holiday property.
5.4. Pets are only allowed after prior agreement with the landlord.
5.5. The tenant is liable for any damage that occurs during his stay in the holiday property.
6. House Rules
6.1. The tenant is obliged to observe the house rules and to treat the holiday property and the inventory with care.
6.2. Noise and disturbances to the peace are to be avoided.
6.3. The holiday property is to be left clean and tidy.
7.Liability The landlord is not liable for loss of or damage to the tenant's items in the holiday home or on the property.
8.Jurisdiction and Applicable Law Local law applies and the place of jurisdiction is at the lessor's registered office.
